What is Jojoba Oil exactly?

The lowdown on Jojoba Oil

Homegrown on Beresford Farm, our family acreage located in rural NSW, our Wadi-Wadi Jojoba flourishes amongst the vineyards and fruit plantations. Once a year when the beans mature and drop to the ground, we scoop them up, ready for pressing. Each bean is cold pressed and filtered 14 times to ensure absolute purity. This process means only the highest quality liquid gold is presented in our signature glass bottles.

Clinically proven to have higher amounts of Omega 9 than other strains of Jojoba, we nurture each bean on our orchard ensuring every bottle of liquid gold is only the best. But it’s not just our unique strain of Jojoba or the bean to bottle method, it’s the plant itself. Looks can be deceiving because Jojoba might look like an oil, but it’s not.

The only plant in the plant kingdom to produce a liquid wax from its seeds, Jojoba mimics the healthy oils our skin produces. Because of this, once applied to the skin, it recognises it as its own carrying its nutrients deep beneath the skin. Even though we know this super ingredient as a liquid wax it is still commonly referred to as Jojoba Oil.
